Custom alerts and webhooks
Alerts beyond your watchlist (whole lists of key profiles, new projects by category or chain), and Discord webhooks.
Watchlist › Custom Alerts decides what reaches you beyond the key profiles and projects you watch, and where it goes.

Pro only. Webhook URLs save as soon as they're valid; everything else needs Save Preferences.
Followings
You get a follow alert when the key profile who followed is any of:
on your watchlist (and not muted);
in a list you subscribe to under List Subscriptions: Dev, High Pos, Official, Founders, Investors, Research, Connections;
any key profile with at least KP Minimum followers (if you set it, 10,000 or more).
The account they followed then has to pass your limits. These apply to every follow alert, watched key profiles included:
Project Maximum followers: the account has at most this many followers;
Maximum key followers: it has at most this many key followers (up to 10,000);
Unfiltered off: it's an account our classifier has reviewed.
Leave a number at 0 for no limit.
A list subscription can mean hundreds of follows a day. Set the account limits first.
Projects and communities
Notifications by Category (DeFi, AI, Gaming, NFT, Meme, Infrastructure, DAO) and by Chain (Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, BSC, Optimism): be told the moment Alphagate finds a new project that matches, optionally under a Max Followers size.
Joins: be told when a key profile you watch joins an X Community.
Discord webhooks
Each kind of alert can post to its own Discord channel:
Alerts
Account changes of your watched projects
Tweets
Tweets from your watched projects
Projects
New projects matching your categories and chains
Followings
Follows by your watched key profiles and subscribed lists
Joins
Community joins by your watched key profiles
To get a URL: in Discord, Server Settings › Integrations › Webhooks › New Webhook, pick the channel, Copy Webhook URL. Only Discord webhook URLs are accepted. Each velocity alert rule can post to its own webhook too.
Anyone with a webhook URL can post to that channel. Treat it like a password.
