# Install Alphagate X

What Alphagate X adds, and the one thing about signing in that trips people up.

**Alphagate X** brings Alphagate's data to where you already are:

* [**On X**](/browser-extension/on-x.md): an account's key followers, previous usernames, change history and every contract it has posted, right on its profile, plus private notes.
* [**On trading terminals**](/browser-extension/on-terminals.md): renames, posted contracts and key followers next to every token on Axiom, Photon, GMGN and Padre.
* [**Side panel**](/browser-extension/side-panel.md): a live feed, and a live profile of the token you have open.
* [**Popup**](/browser-extension/popup.md): today's fastest-rising small accounts, your notes, and settings.

**Sign in from the extension's own popup.** It has its own session: signing in on alphagate.io doesn't sign the extension in, and signing out of one doesn't sign you out of the other.

Open X and terminal tabs pick up the sign-in without a reload. After the extension updates, reload tabs that were already open.
